01. ACCEPTANCE OF QUEST
By accessing the website at uxatelierx.cc, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. 02. INTELLECTUAL ARMOR
Owned Assets
All visual concepts, 8-bit assets, typography arrangements, and methodology "Quest Logs" are the exclusive property of UXAtelierX. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Looting
You may not modify, copy, or redistribute the source code or visual representations of our studio’s portfolio images and methodological frameworks for use in competing agencies or AI training models.
03. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. UXAtelierX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall UXAtelierX or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if UXAtelierX or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
CRITICAL WARNING
Our studio delivers high-stakes UX architecture. While our Design Codex is rigorous, external factors within your production environment are outside our sphere of influence once assets are transferred.
LONDON QUARTERS
All legal disputes arising from these terms shall be settled under the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically governed by the High Court in London.
